Tomorrow we’ll be busy on the road and I won’t have time to post so thought it important to get these two developments commented on ASAP.
First, Max Bernier lost the election in Portage Lisgar tonight by a sizable margin. He came in second but the CPC candidate won by a wide margin. It’s very disappointing. PPC supporters were desperate to have our voices heard in parliament and not that’s not going to happen likely till the next selection. In the meantime, Canada is changing daily, hourly in ways that we never dreamed would happen. It’s slipping away from us and by the next selection in 2025 apparently, it will resemble nothing like the Canada we knew.
Not just that. Look at this:

Socialists (LPC & NDP) Combined vote = 54,418

I feel somewhat like how I felt after all my family got vaxed. No matter what I did or said…they were already lost. That’s how I feel about Canada tonight. But giving up is not an option. PPC supporters have no where else to go. The uniparty is so devoid of ethics and it’s commitment to Agenda 2030 is such a dead-end that we cannot even think of parking our votes there. I used to park my protest vote with the NDP what a laugh! No. If the PPC is no longer an option I will simply spoil my ballot again–like I did for several elections before the PPC came on the scene.
The other news story I would like to comment on is the RCMP letter to the editor of Democracy Watch that I wrote about earlier today. Later this afternoon, the RCMP posted a brief Tweet saying they were NOT investigating JFT and his cohorts about possible ‘political interference’ re SNC Lavalin after all.
So, it is now clear that the RCMP lies routinely to Canadians. The RCMP told the editor of Democracy Watch that it could not release the documents requested under FOI because they were part of an active investigation for obstruction of justice. In the e-mail they said they were not investigating for ‘political interference’. Those are two very different offenses. Is the RCMP playing word games with Canadians? Why did they lie to Democracy Watch? Just so they could continue hiding possibly incriminating documents? It looks like the RCMP is no longer working for Canada or Canadians but just for JFT and is WEFerite buddies.
Yes, it was a sad day today but I’ve been through worse during the covIDian nightmare and survived. Whatever happens. I am proud of the campaign that Max Bernier and the PPC fought. I will continue to support the PPC…and I will continue to fight for Canada.
