Case of discrimination against nurse who refused experimental mRNA injections during so-called “Covid epidemic” allowed to go ahead in BC
Good Monday morning Beloved Sentients. This is the first of two posts I hope to put up on this blog today. It is some rare good news about the QuackZine Scamdemic that was conducted on the vulnerable non-sentients between 2020 and 2023 [and ongoing]. Please read the following news report and I will have brief comments to follow:

“Former VIHA nurse’s human rights complaint over COVID-19 vaccination to proceed to hearing
A former Island Health nurse who was fired for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine will get a full hearing before the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, after the tribunal rejected the health authority’s attempt to dismiss her complaint.
In a decision handed down Sept. 10, the tribunal ruled that Lindsay Sharp’s discrimination complaint has a “reasonable prospect of success” and should proceed to a hearing.
Sharp was fired in March 2022 after refusing to comply with the provincial vaccination order for health-care workers. According to the Human Rights Tribunal (HRT) ruling, she argues that the decision amounted to discrimination based on disability and religion.
Sharp, who worked remotely in a temporary accomodated position due to complex medical conditions, said she feared the vaccine could trigger a life-threatening stroke. She also said her Christian beliefs prevented her from receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.
Her request for a medical exemption was denied by Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and she was suspended from her position and later fired.
Island Health asked the tribunal to dismiss the case, arguing Sharp could not reasonably prove her refusal was connected to either her disability or sincerely held religious beliefs.
Tribunal vice-chair Devyn Cousineau disagreed, emphasizing the low threshold required to advance a complaint to a hearing. While the tribunal did not rule on the merits of Sharp’s claims, Cousineau found that the evidence she submitted, including a letter from her doctor outlining concerns about aggravating her arteritis, was enough to warrant a full HRT hearing.
On the issue of religious belief, the tribunal pointed to Supreme Court of Canada decisions that protect sincerely held personal beliefs even when they are subjective or not widely shared.
“She says that she prayed to God about whether to take the vaccine, and God commanded her not to take it,” Cousineau wrote. “She says that God warned her that the vaccine may harm her and that she is required by the Bible to follow His commands.”
The tribunal said it would be up to a hearing panel to determine whether Sharp’s beliefs were sincere and whether her disability or religion was a factor in her termination.
The tribunal noted that Island Health did not argue the vaccine mandate was an occupational requirement, a defence the health authority could still raise at the hearing.
Sharp also alleged discrimination when her long-term disability benefits were denied the following fall, but the tribunal found that issue stemmed from her terminatino rather than being a separate contravention of the Human Rights Code.
A hearing date has not yet been set.”

Greencrow comments. Even a superficial reading of the above news report tells us how much of a fraud the scamdemic was. The government did not even have to prove the efficacy of the injections to force them on the public…just fear tactics and bullying, threats of job/benefits loss was used…not rationality.
The Nurse had a serious condition with her arteries that convinced her and her doctor that she should NOT take the injections–yet an attempt to force them on her was carried out. She believed the injections would trigger a stroke. My disabled brother was tortured and maimed with [at least] five mRNA injections before he died of a sudden and unexpected stroke. Strokes are the biggest side effect of the quackZines. Will evidence of this be presented at the hearing of the nurse?
I have two neighbours here in Coquitlam that we have been close to for well over 35 years. In 2020/21 I begged both of them NOT to take the QuackZines and both of them allowed themselves to be jacked up with at least five of the toxic injections. Now both of them have cancer. The wife has advanced ovarian cancer and the husband was just diagnosed with kidney cancer. I wonder if it ever crosses their minds to connect the dotZ between the QuackZines and their cancers!
This hearing will be a landmark case here in BC. Will Bullshit Bonnie be revealed as the monstrous mass murderer that she is? Stay tuned.
