Federal government loses Emergencies Act appeal

Federal Court of Appeal upholds lower court decision that government unreasonably invoked Emergencies Act

“…In that 2024 decision Federal Court Justice Richard Mosley wrote that while the protests “reflected an unacceptable breakdown of public order,” there “was no national emergency justifying the invocation of the Emergencies Act.”

Greencrow Comments: I have been waiting since February 2022 for justice. Finally, this morning it comes…as a small headline down at the bottom of the front page of the CBC…carefully hidden so that Canadians will hopefully miss it entirely. Reading the articles–the CBC and CTV propagandists are most careful to couch the decision in language that minimizes and justifies the crime committed by the Federal Government in denying the constitutional rights of the Trucker protesters and their millions of supporters all across Canada.

In my opinion Canadians will never see justice in this matter–because Canada is NOT a constitutional democracy–as that incident proved.

As Judge Mosely said in his decision handed down on January 23, 2024–and as now has been confirmed by the Appeal Court decision–Trudeau invoked the most powerful law in the land for political reasons–to crush his political opponents and stifle dissent/opposition regarding a forced covid vaccination/bioweapon operation that has killed and maimed millions across North America-including two of my own brothers. RIP Murray and Paul.
