The understatement of the 21st century, lol.

ORIGINAL POST STARTS HERE
Good Saturday morning beloved sentients. The joke about Trump getting the FIFA “Peace” Prize is getting a bit stale. I’m still wondering if the FIFA World Championship games will happen. Nobody wants to talk about it in the media. I guess the PTB think people are so stupid that we’ll forget that the Join Epstein War cult coalition attacked Iran for no reason and has brought humanity to the brink of WWIII. Here is the only media report I’ve seen about the mystery of whether any country wants to send athletes to a warmongering country in the midst of “beating the hell out of Iran” to quote Trump this morning:
Expert explains how the Middle East conflict could force FIFA to postpone the 2026 World Cup
“A sports business expert says the 2026 FIFA World Cup is unlikely to be postponed, but a wider escalation of the Middle East conflict could still create challenges for the tournament.
Professor Simon Chadwick, who previously served as research director for the organisers of the 2022 FIFA World Cup and has advised international sporting bodies, said rescheduling an event of this scale would be extremely difficult with only months remaining.
“With only three months to go to the World Cup, postponement of the tournament to next year seems unlikely. Logistically, economically and politically, it would be a major challenge to reschedule the mega-event,” Chadwick told SPORTbible.
However, he warned that the situation could change if the conflict spreads beyond the region.
“However, if attacks spill over into Europe and North America, the matter would escalate and become much more serious. Furthermore, if air travel is disrupted or oil supplies are significantly affected, practical considerations might force FIFA and the US to think about alternative arrangements for the competition.”
Escalating tensions
The warning comes amid heightened tensions following a joint strike on Iran by the United States and Israel on 28 February.
According to reporting by SPORTbible, the developments have raised broader questions about the global security climate ahead of the tournament.
The conflict has also created uncertainty around Iran’s participation. Earlier this week, the president of Iran’s football federation said the situation had dampened expectations surrounding the competition.
“What is certain is that after this attack, we cannot be expected to look forward to the World Cup with hope,” the federation chief said.
Iran is scheduled to play its group-stage matches in the United States against New Zealand, Belgium and Egypt, a scenario that some observers say could present security and diplomatic challenges.
Organisers still planning as normal
For now, FIFA has not indicated that Iran will be removed from the tournament or that the team intends to withdraw.
US Soccer CEO JT Batson said organisers remain focused on ensuring a safe competition.”

Greencrow comments: didn’t know that Iran had made it to the level of fielding a team in the tournament. That’s interesting–and might actually be one reason why the US attacked Iran–to make sure that it did NOT participate in the tournament–the US always strategiZes to “disappear” the target nation from the world stage.
Meanwhile, the war seems to be escalating–especially the aspect of it where Israel is hiding behind the US skirts to invade Lebanon and is getting it’s a$$ kicked.
Here’s a report from Sonar21. It is incredible that Trump would start a war with Iran before protecting the US’s Middle East Military bases from missiles!!!
The Failure of US and Israeli Air Defense
The Failure of US and Israeli Air Defense
“…The real damage is being done to US military bases/installations in the region. The following US military bases/installations in the Persian Gulf (or directly associated with Gulf states) have been confirmed or reported as attacked/hit since February 28, based on US military statements, satellite imagery analyses (e.g., Planet Labs), media reports (NYT, CNN, Al Jazeera, Stars and Stripes), and official confirmations from host nations. Here is how the Western media sources are spinning these attacks:
- Naval Support Activity Bahrain / U.S. Navy Fifth Fleet Headquarters (Manama, Bahrain) — Targeted multiple times with missiles and drones. Damage included destruction of several structures, radomes (radar domes), satellite communications terminals, and warehouses. Bahrain confirmed attacks on the base, with explosions and smoke reported.
- Al Udeid Air Base (near Doha, Qatar) — The largest US military facility in the Middle East. Hit by Iranian missiles (at least one confirmed impact, with others intercepted). Qatar reported interceptions of dozens of missiles/drones targeting the base, with minor damage in some cases. No major casualties reported from these strikes.
- Ali Al Salem Air Base (Kuwait) — Struck by ballistic missiles and drones. Satellite imagery showed damage to buildings and structures. Kuwait confirmed interceptions and hits; part of multiple strikes across Kuwaiti sites hosting US troops.
- Camp Arifjan (Kuwait) — Attacked with drones/missiles, resulting in US casualties (at least three service members killed and several wounded in one incident). Low-resolution imagery indicated damage.
- Camp Buehring (Kuwait) — Reported hits/damage from projectiles, per satellite analysis and US reports.
- Al Dhafra Air Base (Abu Dhabi, UAE) — Targeted with missiles/drones. Satellite imagery showed damage to buildings (at least three–four structures hit between February 28 and March 1). UAE defenses intercepted many incoming threats.
- Prince Sultan Air Base (Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia) — Bombarded by Iranian ballistic missiles. Saudi defenses intercepted many, but reports confirmed attacks on the base (roughly 40 miles from Riyadh).
The damage that is being inflicted is far greater and more severe than the Pentagon is reporting. The most damaging result of the Iranian attacks has been the destruction of critical radar systems that are supposed to provide an early warning of Iranian missile launches…”

Greencrow continues: Just this morning the President of Iran apologized to its neighbours for firing missiles at USrael targets in their country and said it would not do that again unless provoked by one of those countries being the source of missiles fired at Iran. IMO this was a brilliant move because it would thus lay the responsibility for any future retaliation against those neighbouring nations directly at the feet of USrael.
Folks, it is difficult if not impossible to get accurate information about this war on Iran. With AI and other technologies the fog of war is thicker than ever. In spite of that, we do have a few human witnesses who emerge from the hell and tell us what is actually happening. Below is once such report:

Greencrow concludes: As I said at the beginning of this USrael attack on peaceful Iran…which has not attacked any nation in thousands of years–we will know who’s winning the war by whether the Strait of Hormuz is open or closed. As of this writing the Strait of Hormuz is CLOSED. Interesting factoid printed below:
BREAKING: HOW LONG GULF STATES CAN SURVIVE IF THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ STAYS CLOSED JPMorgan analysis: If Hormuz stays shut, storage runs out in:
Iraq: 6 days
Kuwait: 14 days
UAE: 16-19 days
Qatar: 20 days
Saudi Arabia: 36-65 days (depending on re-routing)
Stay tuned.
