UPDATED: There is a Constitutional Crisis going on in Canada

UPDATE: March 28, 2024 Folks, here’s a post I put on X yesterday re another avenue of laying criminal charges against JFT:

“Folks, interestingly, JFT is guilty of public mischief Criminal Code S.140(1) which is the very same crime he accused Tamara Lich and Chris Barber of. This section of the Criminal Code involves misdemeanors such as calling the police and making a false report. Don’t you think JFT is more guilty of public mischief in illegally invoking the Emergencies Act? According to the January 23, 2024 decision of the Federal Court of Canada, Justin Trudeau called the police on the peaceful demonstrators for political, not security reasons. Tamara and Chris have been put through a Lawfare Hell ever since. Meanwhile, JFT is the one really guilty [at the very least] of this offense.

Criminal Code of Canada – section 140(1) – Public Mischief

********************

Fellow Canadian sentients. In my opinion there is a constitutional crisis going on in Canada. I have been posting about this for the past week or so on Twitter[X] ever since it finally dawned on me that the Federal Court Decision re the Trudeau Regime Invocation of the Emergencies Act automatically stripped the Regime of it’s right to govern Canada. This realization came to me while watching a video on X of Member of Parliament for Brantford, Ontario, Larry Brock, questioning Arif Virani, the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada about why the Liberal government announced the appeal of the Federal Court EA decision just 14 minutes after it was handed down-without even reading the 190+ page decision itself. Brock asked the infamous question: “Why the rush to announce the appeal of the decision?” which got me thinking. Here’s the link to MP Larry Brock’s video where he questions the Minister of Justice/Attorney General of Canada about the historic legal defeat.

UPDATE: I have now accessed the video that made me realize that the Liberal Regime has no authority to govern Canada. Larry Brock MP calls the decision a “Massive Political Humiliation”. That is a political assessment. What Canadians DEMAND Immediately is a LEGAL assessment of the impact of this decision on the authority of the Liberal Regime to govern Canada–in light of what I call a Massive BETRAYAL of Canada!

UPDATE: Here is another video where Larry Brock discusses the Federal Court judging the Invocation of the Emergencies Act to be “unconstitutional”. I ask my fellow Canadians…what should happen to a government resulting from such an unprecedent declaration? Business As Usual?????

This is my latest post on Twitter X this morning where I present my thesis in two parts:

“1/2 Why did Trudeau announce the Appeal of the Federal Court Decision on the EA within 14 minutes of the decision being handed down? Why? Because he knew that Federal Court decision instantly STRIPPED THE LEGITIMACY/AUTHORITY of the Trudeau Regime to govern. The decision declared the Liberal Regime ultra vires [outside the law]. The Liberal Regime IMO is STILL outside the law–and has no authority to govern or present legislation [including C-63] to Parliament. The big mystery is–Why is the CPC going along with and pretending that the NDP/LPC still has the authority to govern–after the Federal Court declared it unconstitutional??? Is it so they can get their big April 1st raise and qualify for pensions? That’s the question I would like an answer to. The NDP/LPC has NO AUTHORITY TO GOVERN–and everyone in the HOC knows it!

2/2 Saying a conviction is “under appeal” does not allow the convicted to continue doing what they were doing that caused the conviction in the first place. Say an entity was involved in a horrific traffic accident. Say they were convicted of negligent driving and had their license suspended. Would declaring they were appealing the conviction allow them to have their license to drive back?

C’mon fellow Canadians…for God’s sake, let’s take away the convicted NDP/LPC regime’s license to drive this country into the ground!

A constitution is not something that can be suspended/applied/not applied–according to connivance and political pressure! A constitution is something that must be obeyed to the letter…just like the criminal code when it comes to dangerous driving offenses.

*****

Greencrow concludes. On the day the Federal Court decision was handed down–like the traitorous con men that they are–the Liberal Regime moved with lightning speed in an effort to cover up the fact that they had lost authority to govern. It was like a magician trying to cover up a sleight of hand trick. But our Canadian Constitution is not a hat that a rabbit can be pulled out of. Unless, of course, we allow the shysters to treat it that way!

UPDATED: March 20, 2024 – Folks in response to reactions to my post on X I just posted this comment:

FELLOW CANADIANS: What is a Constitution of a Nation? Canada is about to find out. Is it just a series of suggestions? Or, is it like a Criminal code…act outside of it and find out the consequences–i.e., jail.

The Trudeau Liberal Regime was convicted by the Federal Court of Canada of acting outside the constitution. It’s like a driver convicted of negligent homicide or a surgeon convicted of malpractice….only more serious because millions of people’s welfare is at stake.

The question Canadians need to ask ourselves is: Is a government’s “license to operate” i.e., authority to govern…automatically stripped for acting outside the Constitution? Or, if that regime lodges an “Appeal” should it still be allowed to operate [drive] a government?

Would you allow a driver who killed a kid in a crosswalk or a surgeon who accidentally killed a patient under the knife to continue to keep their licenses? Think!”

    1. Hi IDITEVSEVPIZDY

I’m sure a lot of us shared your first impression that this was the end of the line for the Turdster…that he’d finally, formally, lost the authority to govern. Then, when he managed with a sleight of hand to cover up the finality of the decision–with a bogus ‘Appeal’–many Canadians like myself defaulted to “fooled again” mode and accepted our fate.

Now I realize that, if Canadians don’t stand up for our Constitution now, JFT has obliterated it’s force forever!

  1. Great post, young lady..

And yes, you are factually correct that the TURDEAU regime is now illegitimate and has zero rights to even govern… But tell that to the Canadian mutton heads out there that are not even aware of this fact, as most continue to get their ‘news’ via the LIBERAL controlled LYING media in this once great nation..

It will be interesting to see where this goes, definitely…

  2. It’s important and significant that you, NTS, my longtime blogging colleague, would be the first to acknowledge that this thesis has merit. It means a lot to me. I do have a background in law, being a legal assistant in several large law firms in Vancouver for over 12 years–before going into social services. I worked for two prominent lawyers during those days, one of whom became an BC Appeals Court Judge. Both lawyers told me I should have gone into law. I considered a legal career but decided against it due to becoming fed up with the “shuffling papers across a desk” grind of law–and wanting a job that wasn’t a desk job–but involved helping people in real time.

    1. Hi NTS just a small correction – the decision re the Emergency Act was handed down by Judge Mosley of the Federal Court, not the Supreme Court of Canada. The Lie-berals are appealing it and then it may go to the Supreme Court if they decide to take the case on. I am betting that The Supreme Court of Canada will NOT take on the case because Judge Mosley’s Reasons for Judgement are airtight. If the Supreme Court Refuses to take on the case that will mean months have been wasted where the Liberals can do even MORE immeasurable harm to Canada.
