Good Sunday morning Beloved Sentients. It is a sunny but chilly “doable” day up here on the Malahat and I may get out later to rake some fall leaves. This dry day is a brief respite from the rainy and cold days we’ve had for the past month. Hubby is a bit laid up with the “flu” over the past few days and is taking it easy watching football today. He has a bit of a sniffle and probably a slight fever.

The flu, as you will see in the subsequent links that I have saved over the past little while, has taken on gargantuan “money-making” proportions in the fear porn “health” industry over the past several decades. When I was young the flu was taken for granted and treated with a couple days rest, plenty of liquids and vitamin “C”. Now you have to get one of Big Pharma’s “QuackZines” a couple of times a year. With flu cases now rising in Canada, medical experts are bracing for a difficult influenza season linked to the global spread of an evolving H3N2 strain that could be a mismatch for this year’s vaccine.

New federal data out Friday shows roughly two per cent of country-wide tests came back positive for influenza in the previous week. That’s still shy of the five per cent bar for Canada to declare a seasonal flu epidemic, but it’s a noticeable uptick from a few weeks before.

The ongoing flu season abroad has been marked by record case counts in the Southern Hemisphere, and an early start to the season across parts of Asia and the U.K. As Canada heads into the winter, it could be a bellwether of what’s to come.

“It’s the second year in a row where they’ve had above-average influenza detections in the Southern Hemisphere,” said Dr. Jesse Papenburg, a pediatric infectious disease specialist at the Montreal Children’s Hospital and the McGill University Health Centre.

“In terms of the number of cases, last year was probably the worst influenza season Canada had had in a decade, and it seems like that could occur again this year in terms of severity of disease.”…

I used to have and breed small birds and remember them going through regular “molting” phases when they shed their old feathers and generally rested and rejuvenated. During this “molting” they just sat dejected on their perches and looked rather listless and sickly. But it was a normal process. I determined that that is what the “flu” is in humans–just a molting process.

I, however have not been sick with the flu once since 2020 when the Scamdemic started. I attribute this to taking a daily dose of Vitamin “D” on the advice of BC’s hero Dr. Stephen Malthouse, an anti-vax doctor I saw on a podcast at the beginning of the attack. He said that all seniors and especially those in extended care should be on daily doses of Vitamin “D”–but this basic health strategy was being hidden from the population by Big Pharma because it wanted to kill/cull them with the experimental mRNA graphene nanoparticle, synthetic simian [monkey] DNA injections. NOTE: It is the duty of all sentients to try and inform our non-sentient brethren that ALL modern QuackZines are made with mRNA technology. That means all flu vaccines and even all traditional childhood vaccines. It is a genocide folks!!!

International Tribunal Declares Covid Shots ‘Weapons of Mass Destruction’ Under Global Law

“On 8 October 2025, the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (AIN) International Tribunal declared that COVID-19 mRNA nanoparticle injections meet the criteria for biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction under international law. The Tribunal stated that these injections fulfill the legal definitions outlined in the U.S. Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 (18 USC § 175), Florida Statute § 790.166 (2023), Canada’s Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention Implementation Act (2004), and the International Biological Weapons Convention. This declaration was issued as a binding order intended to have immediate worldwide effect.

This marks the first time any recognized international judicial authority has formally categorized mRNA-based COVID-19 injections as biological and technological weapons of mass destruction. The declaration has sparked significant discussion, though it is not recognized by mainstream international legal or public health institutions.”

Greencrow continues: It is significant that it is an indigenous group that has recognized the Scamdemic as a false flag bioweapon attack. Perhaps that’s why I recognized it as such way back in January of 2020 when they ordered the cruise ships back to port. As a descendant of indigenous Irish I knew in my DNA that this was some kind of a cull/genocide of the mentally vulnerable who trusted authority.

So, the current push to get all the vulnerable seniors vaxed against the “flu” is the same thing. Nowhere is it mentioned in the billions of dollars of TV ad campaigns that seniors should simply take a daily dose of Vitamin “D” to ward off the symptoms of “shedding” [molting] flu. A few years ago, I used to walk my dogs down a riverside path near a high school and regularly saw dozens of kids down by the river on their lunch breaks vaping…they looked totally addicted–the process they were going through to breath those noxious fumes into their young lungs was abhorrent. I knew instinctively that they were doing more harm to their bodies than my generation ever did with regular cigarettes. I did smoke cigarettes sporadically from the age of about 15 to 35 when I quit cold turkey forever when pregnant with my second son.

It was revealed decades after I started smoking that smoking led to cancer. The cigarette companies knew but hid it from the population–now they’re doing the same with e-cigarettes!

In what is headline news today, President Trump, flanked by HHS Secretary Kennedy and TV doctor Mehmet Oz who is the current Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, announced that acetaminophen (brand name Tylenol) causes autism in children when their mothers take it while pregnant. This news, of course, has been around for decades supported by many studies, so most of pro-pharma funded corporate media spent much of the day claiming that the “best” studies (according to their definition) debunked these claims. Health Impact News has published over 80 articles over the years showing how dangerous this over-the-counter (OTC) drug is, not only to pregnant women, but also to children who have vaccine injuries and then are prescribed Tylenol for fevers that follow most vaccinations. It is also toxic and dangerous to the entire population who take more than the recommended dosage and end up overdosing on it. We have reported over the years that this OTC drug is extremely dangerous, and that poison centers around the country have reported that there are over 450 DEATHS PER MONTH from Tylenol overdoses that affect your liver. Since we know that Trump played favorites with drug companies during his first term as he gave his favorite Big Pharma companies $billions to develop vaccines and other toxic, experimental drugs like Remdesivir, the first thing that came to my mind when I heard Trump bashing Tylenol was, “who benefits from this?” The press conference was still going on at that time, but I found that the other thing announced today that was not covered as much as the news about Tylenol, was that the U.S. FDA was going to approve an “off-label” use authorization for a prescription drug mainly used in cancer therapy, Leucovorin, to now start treating autism. Now remember, it is estimated that 1 out of every 31 children in the U.S. are diagnosed with autism, so this is a HUGE market. In fact, as I was watching some of the questions from the Press today at this event, one reporter actually asked if Trump had instructed the pharmaceutical companies who produce Leucovorin to increase their production? While Trump did not answer that question, the answer is “yes” they did. Bingo! As always, follow the money. So who are the drug companies in the U.S. selling Leucovorin? Well one of them is Pfizer, led by Trump’s friend and fellow Zionist Jew, Albert Bourla.

When I entered the legal profession on January 23, 2013, I took a solemn oath declaring my allegiance to a constituted authority and swore that I would carry out my duties with honesty in the spirit of fundamental justice.

By taking this oath, I pledged to uphold the Code of Professional Conduct of Lawyers and not compromise the honour or dignity of the profession.

Following the events that have occurred since 2020[1], I found myself in a morally untenable position, one that has led me to a decision that I will explain briefly in this letter.

During this time, I have borne witness to a misleading narrative presented as unquestionable truth to a population in a state of shock. Today, this narrative, invoking the existence of a serious threat to the health of the population, has been taken as “judicial notice,” meaning that it can no longer be challenged in court[2]. Without any debate, contrary to all logic, and simply because it was repeated ad nauseam, a fraudulent story has become an absolute truth. I use the word “fraudulent” advisedly because that is exactly what it is, the alleged threat being only a pretext for making profound and potentially irreversible changes in society. These changes were accompanied by a massive transfer of wealth to the ruling class. I cannot overlook the fact that this imaginary threat also served as justification for the deployment of so-called “safe and effective” injections, which are likely linked to the excess deaths currently observed in Canada and elsewhere[3].

Over the last four years, my ongoing analysis leads me to conclude that this terrible chain of events could only have occurred through the unprecedented control of information with the complicity of key players in previously respected institutions and professions. For example, I witnessed doctors, scientists and professionals try by every means possible to set the record straight. In doing so, they were denied their share of the COVID pie and found themselves at great personal risk. I had the honour and privilege of working with these remarkable individuals. To my dismay, I saw them censored and attacked with unspeakable violence, all this happening in the context of widespread ignorance and indifference. The silence of my own profession was the most disturbing. On the other hand, I observed many people agreeing with the official narrative  without question, behaving in an opportunistic manner, and being rewarded for participating in the lies and misappropriation of science. What a sad sight to see.

The professional orders were key players in preserving the official narrative and managed to spread terror within their ranks by systematically attacking dissenting voices. This revealed their true nature; namely that their mission is to control professionals and protect vested interests, not to protect the public. Universities, awash in industry funding, have played a similar role, ensuring that none of their members threaten the current profit model.

I unsuccessfully defended[4] and advised some of the scientists and professionals who were attacked in this fashion. Along with a few of my colleagues, I also acted as a whistleblower[5]. Prior to that, in the spring of 2021, I had helped prepare an application for judicial review, hoping that the courts might halt the ongoing totalitarian drift. This application will probably never be heard. It was summarily dismissed by the Superior Court, and the leave to appeal was subsequently denied by the Court of Appeal[6]. Many legal remedies or complaints have met a similar fate. In hindsight, I now understand that an honest debate will never be permitted. The outcome of such a debate would be devastating to the official narrative, something which must be avoided at all costs by those who have benefited and continue to benefit from it.

Regrettably, I have observed a profession that has dishonoured itself, either through silence or through complicity, affirming what others have already stated; it essentially serves Power[7]. And this Power has shown, to put it mildly, that it doesn’t work for our well-being.

Yet, the Code of Professional Conduct of Lawyers requires that I serve only one master: Justice.

The protection of fundamental rights and respect for the individual must inspire my practice. I have an obligation to act with integrity and maintain my professional independence. This code also requires me to uphold the authority of the courts – courts which now refuse debates, which punish any form of dissent and which condone unprecedented violations of the citizens’ fundamental rights and freedoms. The reasonable limits imposed in a so-called free and democratic society were used to justify those violations[8].

The fact is our society is neither free nor democratic, despite the great efforts to make us believe such an illusion.

Citizens are allowed to exercise their rights and freedoms, such as freedom of opinion, as long as this exercise does not seriously undermine the powers that be. The division of power into executive, legislative and judicial powers, to which I would add the power of the media, is also an illusion. The walls have disappeared. All of these are slaves to Finance and take part in a plan that is not ours or, in any case, is not mine.

In this context, and since it was no longer possible for me to reconcile conflicting professional obligations, I chose to bow out by resigning from the Quebec Bar. I have withdrawn my allegiance to this constituted authority. I no longer support the courts. I refuse to take part for another moment in these sombre theatrics. That is the only decision that allows me to feel at peace with my conscience. That is all that really matters to me.

Although I survived physically and managed by the sheer force of my wits to avoid the mRNA vaccines–something in me was killed by “them”. I see from Wikipedia that she’s still sucking off the public tit–in spite of being responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of British Columbians–including my developmentally delayed [Downs Syndrome] brother Paul who died suddenly in March of 2024 of a stroke–after being forced to take at least five mRNA injections–due to living in a staffed resource. Rest in Peace, beloved brother.
