Good morning sentient readers. Today is a good day in the existential battle between good and evil in Canada. It was announced a few hours ago that the Federal Court of Canada has ruled that JFT contravened both the Constitution and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms by invoking the Emergencies Act in February, 2022.
Christya Freeland has announed that the Lie-beral Regime will appeal the decision at the expense of the taxpayers and will drag this out in the hopes that the public will foget all about the extreme humiliation the Lie-berals and their NDP/Green cohorts have just suffered.
That the invocation of the Emergencies Act was illegal was something all sentients knew from the start but which the sheeple baaaaadly went along–with allowing the horseback SWAT team to trample demonstrators in Ottawa and the Canadian BankZ to freeZe demonstrators’ bank accounts.
It was the freeZing of bank accounts that most seriously contravened the Constitution and Charter Rights according to the Reasons for Judgement accompanying the Federal Court ruling. Remember when Chrystia Freeland had a smirk on her face when she announced the freezing of bank accounts?
Well, today she quickly adjusted that image when she said the government took the [now determined to be illegal] measure with “heavy hearts”.

In spite of Chrystia Freelands’ attempts to paint a ‘heart broken’ face on the Trudeau Lie=beral emoji–we have this dose of raw truth right from the mouth of the jackass himself. A recent Trudeau speech where he mocked the Freedom Convoy and relished the idea of shutting it down. Watch and listen:
We know that paid provocateurs were hired by the Lie-berals in an effort to taunt the Freedom Convoy demonstrators to violence. Fortunately, they failed abysmally and there was never a whiff of violence from any of the hundreds of thousands of demonstrators in Ottawa or even in Coutts…where the Coutts 4 were arrested and have been jailed for over 700 days without bail on very spurious charges associated with the invocation of the Emergencies Act.
The dragnet of stupidity that has caught the JFT Lie-berals has also entrapped the New Democratic Party which has been undemocratically propping up the Lie-beral Minority government. The only parties that voted for the invocation of the Emergencies Act were the Lie-berals, the NDP and the Greens. All these parties voted into activation an illegal use of the most draconian law of the land and used that Act to pillory folks who were just trying to protect and defend their “home and native land” –Canada. Here’s another example of terminal stupidity from the NDP.
The JFT Lie-beral Regime is sinking under the weight of so many scandals at the moment that it’s difficult to keep track of them all. There’s the Arrive-Can Scandal where the Liberals gave over $50 million dollars to a couple of guys working out of their basement and the result was nothing to show for it in terms of an app that could be use to trace and track Canadian travelers.
Greencrow concludes: And we still have no investigation/resolution re the Chinese electoral interference scandal. Of course, the CPC doesn’t want to get to the bottom of that one because some of their own MP’s were involved in it…or so we’ve heard. There are several more scandals but I can’t remember the details at the moment. All I know is that JFT’s up to his ass in alligators but still will NOT get out of the swamp.
As I said on X this morning…back in the day many years ago, back when I was wearing mini skirts and go go boots, if a government got a ruling brought against it by the Federal Court of Canada about such an existential issue as the invocation of the most powerful law in the land the Emergencies Act, and was told by the court that it was guilty of “overreach” then that government would immediately resign in utter disgrace. You really can’t do anything more grievous than mis-use the laws of the land improperly to jail and oppress your own people. The JFT government must
IMMEDIATELY RESIGN.

I support PPC Maxime Bernier and have voted for him in the past two selections. He did not get any seats because the Media/Politicians would not allow Max to participate in the TV debates so most Canadians didn’t even know he was running.

Thank you for this well researched and written article. Truedolt has slithered his way through the last 4 years under the cover of everyone he’s paid off. Now we hear from the Federal Court that he was wrong at this clown show, harming the Canadian people. Can he slither any deeper? We wait and see.

Yesterday was a great day for the Truckers and their supporters. Finally we had our day in court and we won. As I said nearly two years ago…the Trucker Freedom Convoy marked the greatest moment in Canadian History…even surpassing Vimy Ridge which was a government/military effort. The Trucker Freedom Convoy on the other hand was a grassroots Coast to Coast mammoth endeavour which showed the world a pathway to resistance and freedom.
