Berserker Tactics

Berserkers were legendary Viking soldiers that charged into battle with the characteristics of rabid animals; snarling, howling, and biting the edges of their shields in a blind rage. In fact, it is said that once the berserkers let loose they were unable to separate friend or foe, so it was best to stay away from these wild warriors.

Good Sunday morning beloved readers/sentients. It’s a gorgeous sunny, just above freezing day on the Malahat. I’ve been preparing all week for a big birthday dinner I’m putting on for family this evening. Three birthdays in the month of January…all being celebrated tonight with a very expensive steak dinner.

But before I get back to being Chatelaine of the Manor Malahat…I need to post another turgid piece on the self-crowned Emperor of Planet Earth – the MAGA-lomaniac to the south that is going “Full BerZerker” in a desperate attempt to fulfil a campaign promise to his “base”. Apparently the entire world has to make good that braggadocio promise.

Here are some headlines just from the past few days that show how Trump is escalating his BerZerker strategy.

EU Military Chief wants Troops in Greenland

Brussels has “interests” on the island just like Washington, Gen. Robert Brieger has said, pointing to tensions with Russia and China

MAGA-lomania unleashed. Trump does a Catch 22 when he says he has to take over Greenland because Denmark cannot adequately defend it—when the US is the only predator making aggressive moves towards Greenland. Will the Trump insanity be tempered by «cooler heads» in the US State Department? Or, will the Europeans have to encircle the US military base to make their point.

Russia and China prepared popcorn and are watching the war between United States of Pendostan and Geyrope.

Well, that’s more like it. The Brussels ex-military man at least knows what Trumps BerZerker tactics are all about and is willing to challenge them. Unfortunately, still very few Canadians are catching on that this is the real deal…we’ll only have one chance to show Trump that we will “Stand on Guard” for Canada!

I have been very busy on X and getting increasingly frustrated by the panty-waist response of Canadians to Trump’s repeated declaration to his American citizens that “Canada is not sovereign”. He’s trying to turn Americans into BerZerkers like him. Please see my e-mail posted in X [sent to several so-called Canadian political leaders”] for my plea for an appropriate response to Trump:

Are the simultaneous Trump aggressions on Greenland and Panama also “border and immigration” problems? No. These ‘problems’ are all the same…they’re a threatened breech of INTERNATIONAL LAW.

Trump wants to increase the territory of the US so that it is the same/bigger than Russia and perhaps Russia/China. This is so the US can once again achieve dominance [in Trump’s mind].

This has NOTHING to do with Tariffs. It has EVERYTHING to do with US historical claims of Manifest Destiny/Trumps intention to restore US dominance in the face of the economic/military alliances between Russia/China/BRICS.

Getting together and working out new tariff arrangements will NOT placate Trump. Just like when he had his apparently “horrific” conversation with the Danish President–She offered negotiations to give the US more territory for a military base in Greenland…but he got angry and demanded she sell Greenland outright–or he would destroy Denmark with sanctions.

I call it MAGA-lomania. It’s not going to go away. As everyone know the only way to defeat a bully is to stand up to it…as daunting as the thought of that is.

When Trump first came up with his idea of making Canada the 51st State, everybody everywhere said he was ‘joking’ and/or it was a “negotiation” strategy. Everyone except me. I said right from day one Trump was deadly and insanely serious. I have a knack of seeing things that’s both a gift and a curse/burden.

In this case, I have recommended that Canada file a formal letter of complaint to the UN as Panama has done. Trump has contravened some of the Articles of the UN Charter–by threatening other members.

Then, we should form a formal alliance with Mexico, Denmark, and Panama and call ourselves the Alliance for Civilization and Sovereignty…or some such name–which denotes our resolve and which would be a message to Trump that his MAGA-lomania is not going to go anywhere. And we better do it soon.

This has nothing to do with tariffs and/or our current or future domestic leaders…this is an international matter that is solely to do with International Law.“

I believe the world, especially the EU, is going to react quite robustly in the next few days. As I posted above, the EU military leadership is considering sending EU troops to Greenland to protect Greenland from a US takeover. The EU has a longstanding agreement with Greenland/Denmark that the EU gets dibs on the resources in Greenland.

Here is my main recommendation to Canadian “so=called Leaders”:

Canada should ask the UK and France to each send military troops to Canada to help our soldiers defend against a possible US invasion. Time is of the essence.

– Emergency 25% tariffs on all goods coming into the United States. 

In one week, the 25% tariffs will be raised to 50%. – A Travel Ban and immediate Visa Revocations on the Colombian Government Officials, and all Allies and Supporters.

– Visa Sanctions on all Party Members, Family Members, and Supporters of the Colombian Government.

– Enhanced Customs and Border Protection Inspections of all Colombian Nationals and Cargo on national security grounds.

Greencrow concludes: Well, apparently according to Emperor BerZerker Trump, the Columbians have no right to their own airspace anymore. BiZarrely, the Gulf of Mexico has more rights than any nation on earth. At least the International Laws of Navigation will not kow tow to the US and rename it The Gulf of America. It gets to stay The Gulf of Mexico–all while Canada loses its sovereignty by the wave of a fat hand and is sucked into the black hole of the military facilitator of the biggest genocide in modern history. We don’t even get to have a vote on the matter.

But Trump has deigned to allow to let us to keep our name “Canada” and is going to give us “The Best Health Care in the world–which we will all accept–once they “explain it to us”. We’ll also get the cost savings of not having our own military any more.–because we’ll be occupied. See how that works?
