Good Tuesday morning beloved sentients. It’s a gorgeous, sunny late Spring day up here on the Malahat. I need to get outside and start putting in my seedlings that I planted six weeks or so ago out on the Pergola. But, first there’s some black humourously hilarious updates to share on the USraeli War on Iran. How do you say “intolerable” in Mexican? That’s what I was wondering when I sat down to give the latest news on the “Mexican Standoff” going on in the Persian Gulf/Strait of Hormuz.
It is really getting to the ridiculously stupid stage here. First we have the news that China will be hosting the Foreign Minister of Iran PRIOR to having Trump go there in a short while. I have been saying all along that Trump will find some excuse NOT to go to China. He doesn’t want to show up with egg all over his face from his failed triumph in the Gulf. Here are the headlines:
******
Iran’s top diplomat Abbas Araghchi to visit China days ahead of Donald Trump
Foreign Minister Araghchi will arrive on Wednesday and hold talks with Chinese counterpart Wang Yi, Beijing has announced

Greencrow continues: Now we have the Western Media still trying to paint a picture of status quo, even though there have been numerous breakages of the “ceasefire”. USrael desperately wants to restart the war [Israel never stopped the war] but can’t due to upcoming engagements such as the China visit and the FIFA cup. So they have this non=stop blather about how the ceasefire is holding…even though both sides are breaking it every chance they get:
*****
US affirms ceasefire with Iran is still in effect despite rising tensions in Strait of Hormuz
Iran attacked US forces more than 10 times during ceasefire, top general says, adding it is below “threshold” for restarting combat.
*******
Greencrow continues: Meanwhile Trump is sinking deeper and deeper into delusion and a fake world of lies that he has built up around his psyche like a porous fortress made out of cheesecloth.
Every night TV presenter Jimmy Kimmel regales Americans with the latest signs of late stage dementia and Americans all have a good laff at their own expense. Here are a couple of choice examples of his lies and delusions being presented out of the Oval Office:
Define a de!usional man?
Greencrow says: The 42,000 is like the 6 million number. Something pulled out of someone’s Zionist ass. The truth about the failed Iranian revolution is that it was a staged Black Op with armed infiltrators handing out weapons to everyone and shooting random people in the streets to provoke an uprising. According to official numbers about 3,000 people were killed–most were members of the infiltrator group [MosCIAd assets] and innocent citizens caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Below is a typical blather/threat from Trump. I do believe he was/is working overtime today to try and bury in blather dust the headline above–about the Iranian foreign minister visiting China.
More blather from the “Blatherer-in-Chief” and his henchman:

TRUMP SAYS IRAN HAS NOT VIOLATED CEASEFIRE
“Iran hasn’t violated the ceasefire, they only shot a few missiles most of which were shot down, very little damage.”
Hahaha. Someone tell these Gulf States Arabs they aren’t Israel.
They are beneath the boot of the U.S. Who are beneath the boot of Israel.”
Greencrow comments: Can you imagine a President talking about some allies being “beneath the boot” of your country? You Can? Let me continue then….

The ceasefire is not over, Hegseth says

Breaking
Hegseth is asked if US operations in the strait mean that the ceasefire is over.
“No, the ceasefire is not over,” he says. “This is a separate and distinct project.”
But he urges Iran to be “prudent” in keeping their actions beneath the threshold of restarting conflict.
“Right now, the ceasefire holds,” he says.

Greencrow continues: LOL here’s an interesting tidbit from RT. Do Americans know their bureaucracy contains an office that determines whether other countries can make financial deals with one another and in what currency such deals can be made in? Really?!
US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
Imagine a country that sets up a bureaucratic office to control how all the countries in the world deal with one another financially?

“…According to Lloyd’s List, at least two ships have paid for passage in yuan, with fees reportedly ranging from $1 million to $2 million.
On Friday, the issued an alert warning of consequences for those that pay the fees.
“Maritime industry participants involved with vessels calling at Iranian ports face significant sanctions risk under multiple sanctions authorities targeting Iran’s shipping sector and ports,” the OFAC said….”

Greencrow continues: LOL one thing the Americans did NOT count on was the sharp and acerbic wit of the Iranians. Who knew they had a better command of the English language in all its nuances than Americans who have been dumbed down beyond belief [Trump being the prime example].

Trump leaning on false narratives to exit unwinnable war on Iran: Ex-diplomat

“US President Donald Trump is leaning on false narratives and military posturing to engineer an exit from his war of aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, which its military cannot win, says a former Iranian diplomat.…
“…“Their issue is essentially finding a way out of the actions they have taken so far, but this exit must be face-saving for the Americans; it must show that they have had an achievement.”
Because Washington failed to deliver tangible results to its domestic audience—such as so-called “regime change” or neutralizing Iran’s defensive capabilities or controlling the Strait of Hormuz—Trump is deploying a strategy of diplomatic fabrications combined with threats, said the former diplomat, adding that Washington tried to put forward some of these “maximalist” demands in Islamabad talks which were rejected by the Iranian negotiators.
Adding to Washington’s urgency to end the war is the forthcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup to be co-hosted by the United States, said Mehmanparast.
“The World Cup is not merely a sports competition; it is a major political event followed by billions,” the expert stated. “It is very bad for the US to want to host the World Cup under conditions where they have started an illegal war against our nation.”

Greencrow continues: As I said weeks ago…the more one of these USraeli wars of Middle East Plunder and Piracy continues, the more I rely on Sorcha Faal’s “Fake” Blog to sort things out and more importantly, provide great links to back up information and allegations. Today is no exception. Below, copied in full, is an excellent example of why Sorcha has survived for decades…just like me…in the realm of geopolitical analysis:

Trump Faces Blockade Of American Oil Exports After He Time Warps To 1973
By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers
A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump threatened that Iran would be “blown off the face of the Earth” if American vessels were attacked in the Strait of Hormuz during an interview with Fox News yesterday, says Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf warningly declared about this threat: “The security of shipping and energy transit has been endangered by the United States and its allies through the violation of the ceasefire and the imposition of a blockade…Of course, their evil will be diminished…We know very well that the continuation of the current situation is unbearable for the United States, while we haven’t even started yet”.
According to the United Nations agency International Maritime Organization (IMO) that regulates shipping, this report notes, an estimated 20,000 sailors and 2,000 ships have been trapped in the Persian Gulf since the start of the American-Israeli war on Iran that closed the Strait of Hormuz, and it was just revealed: “Kuwait exported zero barrels of crude oil last month, marking the first such halt since the 1991 Gulf War…On April 17, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation declared force majeure, suspending exports after traffic through the Strait of Hormuz was effectively halted”.
On Sunday, this report continues, President Trump announced his “Project Freedom” plan to free ships trapped by the duel American-Iran blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, and declared: “This is a Humanitarian gesture on behalf of the United States, Middle Eastern Countries but, in particular, the Country of Iran… If, in any way, this Humanitarian process is interfered with, that interference will, unfortunately, have to be dealt with forcefully”.
Shortly after Project Freedom started yesterday, this report details, the United States claimed two U.S.-flagged merchant vessels successfully transited the Strait of Hormuz—Iranian officials rejected the claim as “baseless” and warned that any foreign military presence would be attacked—the United States then claimed they sunk six Iranian navy vessels in the Strait of Hormuz—Iran quickly fired back: “The US claim regarding the sinking of a number of Iranian combat boats is a lie”—Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi declared that “Project Freedom is Project Deadlock” and warned the United States to “be wary of being dragged back into quagmire by ill-wishers”—and Iran hit the UAE’soil terminal at Fujairah in the Gulf of Oman, a facility that the Emiratis have used to partially circumvent the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.
The catastrophic effect of the duel American-Iran blockade of the Strait of Hormuz choking off over 20% of the global oil supply, this report notes, caused CEO Mike Wirth of the American global energy giant Chevron Corporation to grimly warn: “Signs of physical shortages in crude oil are emerging”—and was a grim warning joined by American global financial giant Goldman Sachs gravely announcing: “Global oil inventories are crashing and approaching an eight-year low, with the rate of depletion so fast that it exposes the market to further shocks…With the Strait of Hormuz inaccessible for nearly all tanker traffic, these stocks could drop to as low as 98 days of demand by the end of May”.
Even though the United States is the leading producer of crude oil in the world at 13.6 million barrels per day, this report continues, it is also the leading user of oil needing 21.1 million barrels per day, which explains why the United States has actually been a longtime net crude oil importer—the release of oil from the United States Strategic Petroleum Reserve in response to the closing of the Strait of Hormuz and the resulting reduction in world oil supplies has temporarily flipped the United States into being a net exporter of crude oil—United States oil producers and refineries are also allowed by law to sell as much of their products as they choose to buyers around the world, which explains why oil tankers have been pulling up to American ports to fill up on US-produced oil—and as American households face skyrocketing fuel costs with no end in sight, energy experts have just assessed: “President Donald Trump may soon feel the need to “blockade” crude oil exports after those exports hit a record high recently, a trend which, if it continues, will increase the price American consumers pay for gasoline, diesel, and other petroleum-related products”
As President Trump faces the choice of blockading American oil exports or continue allowing his peoples to be crushed by high fuel prices, this report details, this is the exact same dilemma the United States faced when it allowed Israel to drag it into the Yom Kippur War in October-1973—a war that resulted in the 1973 Oil Crisis initiated by the OPEC oil embargo—this stagflationary event saw oil prices quadruple, combining high inflation with economic recession and driving the Dow down over 45% between January-1973 and December-1974—and was an oil crisis that triggered a severe American stock market crash, with the S&P 500 plunging nearly 50% by mid-1974, marking the worst downturn since the Great Depression.
Among those watching President Trump time warp to 1973, this report concludes, is world-renowned Australian economist Dr. Steve Keen, who predicted the 2008 Financial Crash years early and just warningly assessed: “In 1973, a conflict like this one wiped 45% off the stock market…Gold went up over 2000%…Crude oil is now up 20% in the last few weeks…Oil prices rose 9% in a single day…The working class and middle class, already squeezed for 40 years, are about to be hit with a new wave of inflation on the basic commodities they rely on every day…And the political instability inside America is about to get much worse as the people who voted for this presidency begin to realise what they actually got”.
********
Greencrow concludes: Folks as the great poet said: “Things fall apart, the center cannot hold.” That is what is happening to America under Trump. Who knows if it would have happened at some point with or without him at the helm but Trump seems to be taking a perverse delusional pleasure in dragging America over the cliff…almost as if hes the Zombie robot being directed by Netanyahu who years ago was quoted as saying Israel was going to hollow out and destroy America. Netanyahu had such loathing in his voice that it seemed to come from the depths of hell itself. I would not like to be on the receiving end of that loathing.
Making a country destroy itself is not a pretty thing to watch….or report on.
Stay tuned.
