This post is an update on Trump’s disastrous recent effort to implement the centuries old “Monroe Doctrine” of the United States of Zionism/Israel. The terminally demented and destructive President has been bragging of recent days re his January 2026 kidnapping of President Nicolas Maduro, the legitimate internationally recognized leader of Venezuela, and the apparent theft of its oil. See below for details.
The only mystery here is why the silence of all the world’s leaders? Do they not understand how dangerous a precedent this international adventure is setting? Doesn’t Canadian PM Carney understand that he’s next up the kidnapping pirates’ plank–if this international criminality is not summarily denounced???!!!
Doesn’t Trump have ANY respect for the US judicial system–which is currently dealing with the precedent-setting case surrounding the Maduro kidnapping? Doesn’t he even have the decency to wait for the outcome of the New York case that, if won by Maduro, which I suspect it will…will have the US in a whole lotta trouble? Especially if the court finds the Trump Regime financially responsible for all the losses suffered by Maduro, his wife, Venezuela and its people?
OTOH, if Trump now controls Venezuela, why doesn’t he allow elections there? Is he afraid that Maduro will be re-elected “in absentia“?

1. Venezuela
Trump’s comments on oil and Venezuela have everyone asking the same question
It was at the start of the year that US president Donald Trump sparked a backlash and condemnation when America launched a “large scale strike” on Venezuela and said it had “captured” then president Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilla Flores, who were being “flown out of the country”.\
Now, Trump has left social media users concerned after claiming he had received a “gift” from the state.
Speaking to reporters at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland on Tuesday, Trump said: “We took over Venezuela very successfully, and they’ve sent me, as a gift, a boatload of a million barrels of oil, and I’m giving that to the United States of America.”
But the comments went on to raise eyebrows online, with political commentator Molly Ploofkins simply asking: “Where is it?”:

Greencrow comments. I am humiliated and enraged that Canadian PM Carney has not spoken up loud and long on behalf of Venezuela and Cuba. International law is our greatest defense against tyranny by the US. Silence is NOT an option for any Western Hemispheric nation that values its sovereignty.

Trump approved allowing Flávio Bolsonaro to enter US after Brazil election loss, source says | CNN
“President Donald Trump approved allowing Brazilian senator Flávio Bolsonaro entry into the United States following his election loss, a Trump adviser told CNN.
Trump administration officials were aware on Monday that Bolsonaro had roughly 24 hours to surrender his passport and made clear to the defeated Brazilian presidential candidate that he would be allowed entry in the US, the adviser said.
The US is issuing visas to Bolsonaro and his family, two US officials earlier told CNN.
A Brazilian source close to Bolsonaro said that the politician had feared arrest in Brazil. He is currently under investigation by the country’s highest court for alleged acts of corruption, money laundering and currency evasion. Greencrow concludes: Folks, even from week to week Trump deteriorates mentally and his attacks on Venezuela, Canada and Cuba are revealed more and more as a product of his insanity. That Americans have allowed him to remain in office is a testament to their sub-optimum intelligence. Their constitution and system of governance is gravely flawed but they think it’s great!

The past two years will certainly go down in history as the lowest point–not only in the history of the United States–but of International Law and Diplomacy.
As I type I’m waiting for the results of the Israeli election–looks like Netanyahu might be defeated–if that happens–then Trump will stand alone on the Ground Zero Stage of Depravity.
